Criteria for our price match
The product on our competitor’s site has to be identical to one we sell
The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for despatch within 48 hours
The product is in stock with us
We are able to verify the offer
How to claim
Please give us a call on 0800 0126777 if you think you may have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets qualifying criteria. Be prepared to have the following information to hand:
The product name, code and price of the item
The address of the website offering a better price (this can't be a price comparison website)
Assuming we can confirm that a competitor is offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (please note we price-match the price of the product excluding delivery).
Please note that this offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product the same day that we offer to match a competitor’s price.
