When are you open?

Our offices are open 8am - 6pm (mon-thurs) - 8am - 5pm (Friday) - our online shop is open 24/7.

Do you offer trade credit facilities?

Yes, please give us a call on 0800 0126777 for further information.

What if I want to cancel my order?

In the event of a cancelled order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 0800 0126777 so that we can cancel the order before the goods are dispatched.

Your prices seem to be a lot lower than others online, why is this?

The Workplace Depot distributor network currently spends in excess of £15 million a year with suppliers, which means that the purchasing power of the group is extremely substantial. Cheaper prices can in-turn be passed on to you, the consumer, which also allows us to price match on any item and mean it!

Do you offer discounts?

The prices on the website have already been discounted, however if you are placing a large order please call our sales team to see if we can offer a further discount.

Do you offer customised products?

If you are unable to find your exact product within our wide variety please call or sales team to see if they are able to source the product you require. We also have a UK team who manufacturer our own products and can make bespoke versions should you require something that suits your specific needs.

How do I return faulty items?

All faulty items must be reported within 14 days, call our sales team on 0800 0126777 and advise them of the fault or damage and we will resolve the problem immediately.

Are my details secure?

All of The Workplace Depot's transactions are handled through SagePay - the global leader in payment processing. All transactions are therefore completely secured using a 256 bit SSL connection. We also guarantee that we will never pass on or use any of your personal details without your consent.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The lead-time on each product varies, however specific times are on a delivery tab on each individual product page.

Do your prices include or exclude VAT?

All of our prices are set as standard to exclude vat - however at the top right hand side of this website you can flick between inc/excl vat as an added option.

Do you deliver to private addresses?

Yes - At no extra cost. Special instructions are required however, for example "if I am not home, please leave the delivery in the porch".

Are deliveries to Ireland, Channel Islands, Shetlands, and non-mainland areas possible?

Yes – In order to get an accurate carriage cost we would need to know what it is you require and the delivery address. Please call us for further information on 0800 0126777.
