Delivery Information

Delivery is free to UK Mainland destinations for all orders. Although UK Mainland does not include The Highlands*, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and any offshore destinations. Each product has its own standard delivery time. When ordering, the product page will have a delivery timescale button explaining more. Please contact us should you require your product sooner. All deliveries are to pavement level ground floor locations only. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day, this is due to our couriers collecting at 5pm.

Below postcodes will incur additional delivery charges as well as extended delivery times.

* Excluded highlands, islands and some other postcodes:

AB (all), IV (all), KW (all), PH (all), IM (all), HS (all), DD (all), KY (all), ZE (all), JE (all), BT (all), GY (all), PA20-PA80, PO30-PO41 + All Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Returns Information

At The Workplace Depot, customer satisfaction is paramount. Should you find any of our items unsuitable, we’re here to assist. To process a return:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receipt.
  2. We will provide you with a returns document, for you to input the information of your order. This must be sent with the parcel.
  3. Please share return tracking information with us so we can track the receipt of the goods back to our warehouse.
  4. Ensure the item is sent back to us within 21 days of receipt.

Please take note of our return conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and housed in its original packaging.
  • Items will be inspected upon return. If they meet our criteria, a refund will be issued, minus the return carriage fee.
  • If the item is not in a condition suitable for resale at full market price, no refund will be provided.
  • All returns require prior notification. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted by our warehouse.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's own expense.
